I’m in love
636 ViewsI passed one of these yesterday in Newtownards. Needless to say it was parked or I fear that a 2 ton van would have had little chance of overtaking it. It’s not often that a car turns my head but this one certainly did. It doesn’t need to be set in some photogenic location to stand out. Parked outside a grotty petrol station is just as good. I’m only sad that the traffic behind me didn’t want to linger and gaup as much as I did.

In N’Ards the other day a horse drawn hearse passed me. There was a coffin in the back with the floral arrangement that read ‘You can call me Jack now!’ It’s all happening in N’Ards these days
Those poor horses must’ve been fair hammering up the sod to get past the Cybermobile at full throttle.
makes me think of that Dave Allen sketch where the undertakers were racing to get to the graveyard
They passed in front of me as I stood at traffic lights to wait for the ‘green man’. I was waiting for one of the horses to shit. I’ve never seen any horse riders bring a pooper scooper with them and clear up after their horses have left a deposit on the road. The size of the deposit is so much more than what a dog leaves. It is ridiculous , isn’t it? However, the roads around Greyabbey are clean because the Mrs carries a bucket with her and poop a scoops horse dung to feed the roses
Maybe you should raise that point with North Down Borough Council and be the instigator of massive horse scoop poop bins being installed in every town. Tis a valuable agricultural commodity.
I’d have to try Ards Council. If however someone from North Down could contact the Green Party MLA and ask him. That’d make an amusing news article.
Off topic - is twitter really slow? I tried to sign up my phone details and gave up as I nearly fell asleep.
oh aye Ards… I forgot I don’t live in Benghor any more…
Yep twitter seems to be having some server slow downs. I gave up trying to get in earlier.
You can have the car, I will take the house and thanx
Sounds like divorce already!
